The saddest thing in life is wasted talent.”
— Chazz Palminteri

Why does this project exist?

Because everyone is born with a unique combination of gifts and skills that gives them the potential to achieve excellence, and that is the sense in which we are all created equal.

Because everyone needs someone who treats them like they have the potential to achieve excellence, but many people don’t have that in their lives.

Because the saddest thing in life is wasted talent.

Because I don’t want to live the wrong life and then die filled with regret, and neither do you. At the end of your journey, you don’t want to look back at a trail of wasted potential and wasted opportunities, so who are you, and what do you want to do about it?

Who are you when you are most courageous, most authentic, most excellent self? An artist? A warrior? An engineer? An entrepreneur? A craftsperson? A healer? A leader?

Once you decide on your occupation, you must immerse yourself in your work. You have to fall in love with your work. Never complain about your job. You must dedicate your life to mastering your skill. That’s the secret of success, and is the key to being regarded honorably.

The Vision

We envision a community of people who say to each other “I believe in your potential, and I can’t wait to see what you become. Who are you, and what do you want to do about it? How can I help you develop the skills you need to unleash your potential? How can I help you embody your most courageous, most authentic, most excellence self?”

  • Courage means aligning your decisions and actions with hope and wonder so that you never surrender to fear, self-doubt, or second-guessing.

  • Authenticity is the embodiment of your unique combination of gifts and skills. It is your best self.

  • Excellence is the expression of your courage and authenticity. It is your best performance.

We envision a world where everyone practices courage and authenticity on their quest for excellence so that they can make a meaningful contribution to their community.
